Learning Adjustment and Intervention

Planning and implementing interventions that target students who may be at risk in their learning or social-emotional development.

Interventions include: 

  • Visiting speech pathologist
  • Visiting occupational therapist
  • Personalised Learning Plans (academic or social-emotional)
  • Program Support Groups (positive and inclusive partnerships with parents)
  • Behaviour Management Plans
  • Learning support officers assisting teachers to cater for the needs of students
  • Extending Mathematical Understanding (small group numeracy intervention with specialist teacher)
